Are tickets expected to sell out?

Tickets will likely sell out ahead of time, so get yours early. Limited quantities are available at each pricing tier. Be sure to secure yours early, here.

Where can I buy tickets?

Our official ticket partners are Festicket & Ticketshop.hr. Please ensure to always purchase your tickets via official ticket shops. All popular events are confronted with fraudulent organisations and people that try to resell tickets above market price, purely for their own benefit. Only official entrance tickets will be accepted and guarantee access to the shows. Purchase tickets here. Tickets are sold per show.

What if I purchased a ticket but my card hasn’t been charged yet?

Your card should be charged within two business days. If you do not see the charge on your account, please contact your ticket provider.

What payment methods can be used to purchase tickets?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

In this case please contact Festicket to see if an upgrade is still possible.

What is included in my event ticket?

General Admission Tickets include access to the main event area. Party Pit Experience Tickets include access to an exclusive viewing platform on stage. Our Combination Passes also provide you the opportunity to attend multiple events for a unique price. Wheelchair tickets are newly available, catering to both wheelchair users and their attendants under one set fee.

Where is my ticket(s)?

When you buy your tickets online, Festicket will send you a purchase confirmation email after your order is processed via which you are able to personalize your tickets. Your e-tickets will be sent to you after you’ve personalised them, when it becomes available. More information can be found here.

Can I buy tickets for multiple days?

Yes, you can buy tickets for each day you would like to attend. We also offer combi deals; these deals provide you with the opportunity to extend your stay while saving money, where if you purchase a select number of events you can gain a further bonus event. These can be found on Festicket. There are no week-long (7-day) tickets as it stands.

Should I receive a confirmation email for my order?

You should receive a confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not within 72h (be sure to check your junk folder), please contact your ticket provider.

What if I have lost my ticket(s)?

Please contact your ticket provider who will be able to help you with locating your ticket(s). Please note that tickets will only be sent out after personalisation

Will there be a waiting list to get tickets once the event is sold out?

No, there will be no waiting list once the event is sold out. In rare cases, tickets become available again if someones payment is declined.

What is Pula Music Week?

Pula Music Week is an electronic music event in Pula, Croatia brought to you by Secret Project. For more detailed info visit our Experience section.

What are the dates of Pula Music Week?

Pula Music Week will take place from Thursday 30 June, 2022 - Wednesday 6 July, 2022. 

Which artist is playing on each day?

Visit our lineup page to see which artists are performing on what day. Note: the lineup is subject to change.

What time do the shows start & end?

Doors for all events will open at 18:00 local time and will finish at 02:00 (CEST).

Can I enter anytime or re-enter?

As long as you are holding a ticket that has not yet been scanned that day, you may enter anytime during the event. Ins & outs are not allowed.

What are the set times?

During the days leading up to the shows, set times might be posted via this site, our social media sites or via e-mail. Note: The lineup is subject to change.

Can I see a event site map ahead of time?

Yes. Maps showing stage locations, food stalls, bathrooms, etc. will be available prior to the event on this site.

What is the camera policy?

Professional photographers must obtain a photo pass. Details on how to obtain a photo / press pass is below in the Press FAQ section. Photo passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

What can I bring with me?

Will there be a lost & found?

Yes. Lost & Found services will be available at the venue during the event.

Does the venue have ATMs?

ATMs will be available outside the venue grounds in the city of Pula, however, Pula Music Week is a cashless event meaning we will only accept credit and debit card purchases. For those carrying cash at the festival, we are looking into top-up cashcards; we will provide more information on how to use these in the coming days.

Can I rent a locker?

There will be no locker area on the event grounds. We advise that you bring only the most important items (within small bags) and leave your valuables at your hotel or home.

I’m under 18. Can I attend with a legal guardian?

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed into the venue, with or without a guardian.

What kind of ID do I need?

You must present identification to enter the event site and/or buy alcohol. See the complete list of acceptable and unacceptable forms of ID.

What age do I have to be to attend?

Pula Music Week is an event for people of 18 years and older. Everyone attending will be asked to show a valid ID (ID-card, passport or driver’s license) at the entrance. We do not accept photocopies or birth certificates.

What is the bag policy?

Visitors are allowed to bring a handbag as long as it’s not bigger than the size of an A4 sheet of paper (approximately 30x20cm). Any bag bigger than that, for instance backpacks, are not allowed.

What is the drug policy?

We conduct an absolute zero tolerance policy, and no soft or hard drugs are allowed in the venue. If this rule is not followed, entry to shows will be denied.

What is the Covid-19 policy for the event?

This depends on the developments surrounding COVID-19. Measures that are necessary at that moment will be taken and the visitors will be informed about this in detail. All regulations of the Croatian Government concerning COVID-19 will be complied with.

What are the requirements for entry in regards to COVID-19?

This will be updated closer to the event, so please keep an eye on this page for more information.

What if the event is cancelled due to Covid-19?

If you have already bought a ticket for Pula Music Week 2022, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you can’t make the new date, you will receive more info on how to request a refund for your tickets via email.

What airport should I fly to?

Pula Airport. There are national and international flights to the airport. Our venue is only 10 minutes (7.3km) from the Airport.

Venue – Airport: 2h 30 min (225 km) 

How do I get from Pula Airport to the venue?

Taxis from the airport start from €15 and there are shuttlebus and coach options. Shuttles can also be reserved from FILS or Brioni for €6. Visit our Location & Transport Page for more information.

How else can I get to Pula Music Week?

There are a number of methods to get to Pula by foot, taxi or other public transport. You can find more information on local transport services by visiting our Location page.

We strongly discourage you from arriving by car, due to limited parking space in the surroundings of the venue.

I live in Croatia, how do I get to Pula Music Week?

There are a number of methods to get to Pula using public transport. 

There are many national bus routes that run between neighbouring cities and Pula: 

Zagreb – 6 times per day 

Split - Šibenik – Zadar 

Rijeka – 6 times per day

What are the travel restrictions due to COVID-19?

Prior to your travel, please check this website for all information regarding the conditions of entry into the Republic of Croatia and regulations in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

Can I get a refund if my country is on a no travel list?

Before purchasing tickets, please check with your country’s travel restrictions. We do not provide any refunds or exchanges in this case.

Can I drive to the event and park?

We discourage driving as a way of getting to Pula Music Week, and encourage you to use public transport where possible. There is no official event parking at Pula Music Week and parking options are very limited.

Are rideshare apps available in Pula?

Yes, rideshare apps are available to use in Pula and can be used as a method of getting to Pula Music Week.

My flight was cancelled, can I get a refund?

Refunds will not be offered in this case.

As Pula is a sought after tourist destination, there is a huge selection of quality hotels, villas and apartments to choose from.

How should I resolve an issue with my accommodation?

Please speak with your provider directly. If you can’t find any solution, you can easily contact Festicket for additional support if you purchased through them, or with your accommodation provider.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in and check-out times for hotels and apartments vary. Please consult this with Festicket if you purchased through them or with your accommodation provider.

How can I safely store belongings?

Most hotels and apartments come with safety deposit boxes in the rooms, but some require a nominal fee for their use.

Is it safe to drink the tap water in Croatia?

Yes, the tap water in Croatia is perfectly drinkable. 

Are there shuttles that run from my accommodation?

No, there are no official shuttles.

What kind of adapter will I need for my electronics in Croatia?

Croatia uses the standard European socket with round, two-pronged plugs. You can buy an adapter at most electronics stores, or in the airport on your way out.
